Job Overview:

This role exists to involves preparing, tracking, and planning all new product and promotion launch to market on each channel to make sure everything is ready on time and successfully. It's a multifaceted process that ensures all aspects of operations are aligned to effectively support by other channel partners.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execution of all elements of channel readiness. This includes channel marketing, communication, employee engagement, sales scripting, and training. 
  • Making sure all campaign has transparency, visibility and communications for every level of the organization, structure and prioritization so that frontline teams are ready for implementation and drive flawless execution. 
  • Develop framework and working model for effective management. 
  • Managing and prioritization to manage multiple campaign simultaneously. 
  • Research and introduce training tools to develop business. 
  • Manage project plan, schedule to update each progress to make sure all channels in CCO are ready before the launch date. 
  • Keep monitor and raise issue to relevant team after product launch to make sure all cases be aware by stakeholder. 
  • Tasks assigned by Channel Readiness & Project Manager. 
  • Take part in product / service UATs. 
  • Marketing Visiting (Dealer & Smart Shop) 
  • To work with product team and Home Internet team to do check list on each product to understand requirements needs. 
  • To work with touchpoints team to ensure SmartNas, Smart Website, Chatbot requirements, Dealer App, Retails Ops, ready before launching. 
  • To work with Marcom team to make sure all requirements and guidelines are clearly and POSM, digital app and social app ready beforehand. 
  • To work with QA and Training for new products launch and refreshments to ensure Smart Shop, CC, Back Office and FSO/FSS understand well and clearly before launching. 
  • To work with regulatory and legal team for T&C on each product to update in Smart website. 
  • To work with outbound call and inbounds team to promote new products. 
  • POSM Planning in each campaign/month/Quarterly/Yearly to make sure material are enough in Market. 
  • Re-look at each product and suggest ideas to implement. 
  • Re-look on each promotion materials and suggest implementing.  
  • Strategy thinking for the execution of all elements of Channel Readiness  
Education & Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.  
  • Minimum of 1 year of Readiness Channel or Similar  
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools. 
  • Good communication with other people 
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
