Job Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget (if applicable). This role demands strong leader-ship qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; escalate issues to management as required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with defined requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams and resources to achieve milestones while maintaining quality and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, including weekly and monthly updates to Channel Readiness and Project Management.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication, including project status, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project planning, forecasting, and timelines to ensure adherence to approved schedules.
  • Revitalize underperforming or legacy projects by proposing improvements and innovative approaches to drive successful outcomes.

Scope of work:

  • Working closely with product owner & stake holders on the progress of each project plan such as Smart eSim, Home Internet Experience Zone in Smart Shop, Digital Screen Project, Customer awareness for Smart Shop express and other projects that related with Smart Shop and Dealers.
  • Design the whole project plan with all detailed information needs from product owner.
  • Review and discuss with product owner for the implementation timeline of the project plan, targeted audience, stakeholders required, and goal of the project.
  • Do the brief to stakeholders and get alignment.
  • Managing all project resources; Effectively communicating with stakeholders; Eliminating blockers and potential risks.
  • Pushing and following up with stakeholders for the progress 
  • Update to stakeholders for the status and what we are staying right now? To make sure everyone is aligned.
  • Evaluate project performance, ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Tracking and working to relaunch any service or promotion that already launched but not working or result is low (not meet expectation).
  • Prepare for the trade letter, agency brief to the dealer (if applicable)
  • Review and feedback on the training slide and script for QA & Training team be-fore they train to Smart Shop and Contact Center.
  • Regular / periodic market visits to understand the current situation, and how to improve more with the project plan to be launched to market.

Ideas Initiatives: 

  • Take part in planning and implementing in Smart Shop, Contact Center and Dealer for product knowledge and level of understanding for new project launched. 
  • Take part in planning and implementing customer satisfaction / channel effectiveness surveys 
  • Take part in designing channel campaigns / promotions – provide an idea and suggestion to product owner. 
Education & Qualification:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • A master’s degree or an advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management

Specific Skills: 

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
