Job Overview:

Drive Fixed Broadband (FBB) service growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with property owners and managers. Ensure Smart’s FBB propositions offers, services, and commercial treatments are aligned with partners’ and tenants’ needs. The role is accountable for end-to-end partnership development, including deal preparation, negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management. Contribute to the company’s growth and profitability in line with defined KPIs (revenue, sales, retention, OPEX, and profitability), with a strong focus on revenue share growth, partner base expansion, and retention.

Potential FBB partners include legal entities that own or manage residential or commercial properties leased to private or business tenants.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and maintain a pipeline of potential and active FBB partners to support new deals, retention, and partnership expansion.
  • Initiate and lead meetings with potential partners to understand requirements and assess partnership opportunities.
  • Develop standard and customized FBB offers in collaboration with the Fixed Network Engineering team, aligned with current and planned network coverage.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, including proposal presentation, commercial negotiation, agreement of terms and conditions, service activation, and billing initiation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for FBB partners, coordinating communication between partners and internal Smart teams.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage contracts in line with negotiated terms, and support service activation and onboarding.
  • Identify and support cross-selling opportunities for additional Smart services (e.g., mobile services, co-marketing, co-branding, Smart Shop/kiosk locations) in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
  • Communicate updates on new or enhanced FBB products and services to existing and potential partners.
  • Onboard partners to the FBB self-care portal and promote its use as the primary servicing channel.
  • Support quarterly and annual forecasting for GA/renewals and provide input on required device volumes.
  • Provide regular performance updates, analysis, and insights to management, including partner status, market trends, competitive activity, and evolving partner needs.
  • Ensure compliance with defined commercial policies and recommend adjustments in response to market or customer changes.
  • Generate qualified leads for other business units (e.g., Enterprise Sales) where partners express interest in additional Smart offerings.
  • Coordinate with CLM and Marketing Communications teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns supporting FBB partner promotion.
  • Apply project management tools and methodologies in the implementation of new FBB partnerships across involved teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager, in line with qualifications and responsibilities.
  • Comply with all company policies, labor regulations, and health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Working Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Experience within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.

Specific Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and FBB services.
  • In-depth understanding of local market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Results- and deal-oriented mindset with the ability to lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and collaborative approach.
