Job Purpose

The Senior ICT Enterprise Project Specialist is to support the execution of ICT enterprise large scale projects, assists in delivering customer-focused solutions, and contributes to digitalization initiatives within the Enterprise Directorate.


The role is focused on coordination, solution enablement, and adoption of digital tools to ensure efficient project delivery and enhanced customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Project Support

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking ICT enterprise project activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management.
  • Support project teams in ensuring solution and quotation design within agreed scope, time, and quality.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders for project execution.

Solution Enablement

  • Support Technical Team and Sale Team in solution delivery for enterprise customers.
  • Assist in translating customer requirements into solution documentation, quotation, business case and reports.
  • Provide coordination support during solution testing, deployment, and handover.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Solution Architects, Product Management, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Support coordination between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.
  • Provide updates and maintain accurate communication across departments.

Customer Success & Digitalization

  • Contribute to customer lifecycle support, including service adoption tracking and reporting.
  • Support the rollout of digital tools such as self-service portals, and SLA dashboards.
  • Assist in workflow automation and analytics projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Gather feedback from enterprise customers to support digital service improvement.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines.
  • Maintain proper records of project and solution activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and regular updates for management
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management or Agile certifications (PMP, Prince2, CSM) are an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom or ICT industry, preferably in project coordination, digitalization, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with ICT solutions (cloud, security, IoT, connectivity).
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise customer engagement projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer-centric mindset with service orientation.
  • Ability to prepare reports, track progress, and analyze data.
