Senior Finance Specialist is responsible for driving financial analysis and cost optimization initiatives to support the company’s strategic growth. The role focuses on evaluating the profitability of business areas and projects, leading cost-saving initiatives, and conducting post-implementation reviews to assess actual results against business cases. By providing actionable insights and recommendations, the position ensures effective decision-making, continuous improvement, and sustainable value creation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and analyze the profitability of base stations and business areas, providing management with clear recommendations on costs, benefits, and potential improvements for future initiatives.
• Lead the Cost Saving Champion team to initiate, implement, and monitor cost-optimization initiatives across all business areas, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of major projects and initiatives, analyzing actual results versus business case assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen future business case development and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver monthly cost-saving reports and other management reports with high accuracy, timeliness, and complete supporting documentation.
• Participate in or lead assigned projects on new business initiatives and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to review, evaluate, and recommend strategic investments in line with business needs, company processes, and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and the team.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Pursuing ACCA is highly preferable.

• At least 4 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or management accounting.
• Experience in related industry is highly encouraged.

• Flexible and high initiative and act with a sense of urgency
• Fluent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)
