Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Acquisition and Compliance Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the acquisition of our mobile services, including IoT, M2M and postpaid. You will work closely with our on ground team to ensure enterprise customer’s needs are met.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Product Acquisition:
    • Understand enterprise customer’s needs
    • Create a proposition based on customer’s needs
    • Define the business case and ensure approval to the relevant department
    • Own the product requirement document and the GTM strategy
    • Work closely with regulatory team to ensure approval from the regulatory body is obtained timely
  2. Product Development:
    • Work closely with IT team & to ensure development completion is finished on time
    • Define comprehensive test cases to ensure product experience is fully tested
    • Own the product quality and the end to end customer journey
  3. Product Management:
    • Ensure the product created can be monitored
    • Ensure the revenue recognition can be done by the relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance are met
    • Ensure product competitiveness in the market
  4. Digital Touchpoint:
    • Own the enterprise business portal to be groomed and nurtured to enterprise customers
    • Understand enterprise customer journey and business process to match customer’s experience and usability
    • Define requirement to enhance enterprise customer experience
    • Working with IT and/or developer to ensure touchpoint experience and usability
  5. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders, developers, and customers.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong understanding of mobile services in telecommunication company all around the world
  • Familiar with GSMA
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional product and services.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, or system integrator, or B2B company is a plus.
  • Willing to work extra hours
