Job Purpose

The Senior Prepaid Proposition Specialist is to design, develop, and manage innovative prepaid propositions and value-added services that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and competitiveness. This role ensures prepaid offerings are compelling, relevant to customer needs, and aligned with business objectives. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage prepaid VAS (Value-Added Services) including entertainment, gaming, and entertainment content. 
  • Own and enhance core prepaid business propositions, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable revenue growth. 
  • Design, plan, and execute occasional promotional campaigns to drive adoption and engagement. 
  • Deliver segmented marketing initiatives targeting specific customer groups to maximize ARPU and retention. 
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to integrate prepaid insurance offerings. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the prepaid market. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and enhance prepaid services and campaigns. 
  • Monitor performance of prepaid propositions and recommend improvements for sustained growth. 
  • Explore and implement emerging digital services that enhance the prepaid customer experience.  
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business Analytics, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in market research, strategy, or data analysis.
  • Proven ability to use data to support business decisions and growth.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications business models especially prepaid and VAS services. 
  • Solid grasp of data analytics, customer segmentation, and market research techniques. 
  • Familiarity with digital services, fintech, and mobile ecosystems is an advantage.  
  • Skilled in Excel and data tools like Power BI or AI-based analytics. 
  • Experience with statistical tools and anomaly detection. 
  • Analyze the impact of changes to products or services.
