• Ensuring accounting and tax aspects for all stakeholders are completed with high accuracy, timely and compliance manner.
• To lead and manage the Accounting and Tax team to ensure effective services are provided with high quality. 
• To Monitor and establish internal policy and procedure to ensure it’s up to date and comply with Group’s policy and local regulations.
• Establishment of control and review of daily accounting operations includes account receivable, account payable, sales, trading inventory and payment to ensure it’s complied with policy, accounting standard and tax applications. 
• Implement and strengthen internal control policy and procedure for payment processing, trading inventory control, account receivable and revenue recognition.
• Monitoring daily operation and establishing automation for any manual processes to mitigate the risk of human error/mistake and generate cost saving.     
• Lead and manage the team for monthly financial closing includes revenue, costs, invoice recording, accrued expense/revenue, bank reconciliation, advance and prepayment amortization to ensure its accuracy and timely manner.    
• Assess IFRS application impacted to the transactions includes revenue recognition, expected credit loss (ECL), lease and other accounting transactions to ensure it’s correctly recorded according to accounting standard. 
• Verify monthly tax return and yearly tax on income and other yearly tax payment to ensure the payment and related documents are paid and submitted within a timeline. 
• Liaise with external consultant and tax authority for closing any tax implications and issues.
• Providing support service on accounting and tax implications by working with all departments such as new product development, agreement preparation and network implementation. 
• Lead and support to provide relevant documents and data for internal audit and closing any audit issues within committed timeline.  
• Lead Accounting & Tax team for quarterly and yearly external audit to ensure the accurate data, reports and supporting documents are provided to external auditor within timeline. 
• Keeping up with Company business or products and industry news, trends as well as opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and rules, as well as country legislation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Qualification: 
•    Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•    Complete ACCA is highly preferable

Working Experience:
•    At least 5 years experiences in Financial and Accounting Management or a related filed 
•    Has knowledge and experienced in Cambodian Tax, Cambodian Accounting standard, IFRS and other Cambodian regulations

•    Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)
