Role & Responsibilities

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and efficiency of warehouse and inventory operations. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards while aligning with strategic business goals. The manager plays a critical role in optimizing resources, minimizing operational costs, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across the supply chain.

  • Plan, organize, and delegate tasks within the warehouse team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, safety, and timeliness.
  • Ensure all inventories are properly stored, handled, and recorded, in full compliance with the company's inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory movements, ensuring physical stock matches system data through regular reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
  • Implement and manage electronic warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Coupa), ensuring real-time data accuracy and full integration with physical operations.
  • Review internal controls, conduct audits, and take corrective action on any findings or recommendations to maintain operational integrity.
  • Ensure effective, safe, and appropriate use of all warehouse equipment, tools, and infra-structure.
  • Oversee key supply chain functions, including receiving, warehousing, dispatching, transportation, and product maintenance.
  • Optimize storage space and operational flow through smart layout planning, order scheduling, and timely dispatching.
  • Supervise, allocate, and manage manpower and physical resources across business units to meet productivity targets and service-level expectations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including stock levels, asset movements, and incident logs.
  • Ensure full compliance with 5S methodology and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards within the warehouse.
  • Analyze logistics and warehouse costs, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for cost reduction and improved financial performance.
  • Lead the implementation of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method across all stock categories, especially for aging inventory nearing 90 days.
  • Identify operational risks and apply mitigation techniques to prevent disruptions, losses, or safety incidents.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment that promotes communication, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Serve as a role model by upholding company values, policies, and code of conduct always.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and IT to im-prove visibility, reporting, and supply chain integration.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Support organizational change, system upgrades, and process innovation in line with strategic supply chain transformation goals.
  • Perform any other professional duties assigned by management in support of overall business success.
Requirements

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., SCM & Inventory Management, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
     

Skills required:

  • Team leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Inventory control and warehouse best practices
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Risk management and cost optimization
  • Familiarity with HSE and 5S standards
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Good Command of English & Khmer Languages. 
     

Working Experience:

  • 10+ years in warehouse or supply chain operations
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience using digital inventory systems
  • Background in telecom or large-scale logistics preferred
