Marketing Specialist

To implement and manage project timelines and milestones for the execution of digital marketing initiatives on Smart’s digital communication channels.

• Draft and submit budget proposals; recommend changes as necessary.
• Execute, control, and finalize digital marketing projects/promotions within strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Schedule project timelines and milestones for effective execution and management.
• Define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal communications across departments.
• Act as the main point of contact for external partners (e.g., digital agencies).

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, energetic, self-confident, and loyal.
• Fluent in both English and Khmer, written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts.

Working Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a related field.

Specific Skills:

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
