Overview

The Learning and Development Intern is to support the Talent and Organizational Development team by providing administrative support through learning and talent development, engagement, experiences and talent activities. In addition, his/her responsibility will be executing and administering data, system, activity and project. This role is required to support driving a positive environment and experiences for employees, to be their best at work and managing with stakeholders to ensure and enable that Smart is employer of choice among the internal employees.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Support Talent and Organizational Development team by providing administrative support through learning and talent development, talent activities and learning and development.
  • Administer and manage the report of learning and development by providing timely and accuracy to department heads.  
  • Support on daily operations under L&D and Talent team by assisting and coordinating Talent and OD team related activities including communicating and dealing with employees.
  • Administer of learning platforms and systems for reporting, designing learning journey and updating the report. 
  • Support operational processes, day-to-day operations and provide information to teams around processes and workflows.
  • Be responsible to execute any assignments which are assigned by Talent and Organizational Development team.
Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • General understanding of HR Management and Development concepts
  • General understanding on program management, data analysis and execution 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power point and Outlook 
  • High proficient in MS Excel and using digital platforms and system

Specific Skills: 

  • Strong competence in communication for written and verbal in English and Khmer 
  • Good interpersonal skills in building the rapport with employees. 
  • Good at planning, organizing and managing on time, program and project. 
  • Being proactive and can put ideas together in a creative and professional manner.
  • Passionate on working with data, system and dealing stakeholders 
  • Having good command of English communication and written
  • Having good interpersonal skills, passionate with growth mindset.
