Promoter (Freelancer)

• Promote Smart Products actively in dealer shops to boost sales and gain more subscribers.
• Inform customers about Smart products and ongoing promotions.
• Deliver/execute all Smart services recommended from Smart to the customers as guided
• Upsale customers on Smart new products & features
• Educate dealers about Smart products, promotions, and the latest features of the Smart dealer app.
• Enhance customer service for all Smart customers at dealer locations

• Work at dedicated dealer shops defined by PG Supervisor 
• Assist dealer on Smart Product recommendation for walk in customer into dealer shop
• Assist the walk-in customer in Sim Replacement at the dedicated desk within the dealer shop
• Assist the walk-in customer with profile update 
• Introduce & Upsale walk-in customer for Home Internet products and future Smart’s products
• Check and ensure that Smart POSM is available and proper store in the correct location (high visibility in dealer shop)
• Collect current competitors’ information on pricing, products, and promotion
• Resolve basic customer complaints as well as escalate support and solutions to direct line preparing reports
• Help dealer to do stock management, recommend purchasing stock in and cash collection from customer after selling product
• Distribute leaflets to customers in front of the dealer shop to bring more footfall to dealer shop
• Be able to work in face-paced environment and be able to showcase constant self-motivation
• Daily attendance check-in and check-out in the system “CheckinMe”
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Academic Qualification: 

• High School degree or equivalent degree (Fresh graduate of bachelor’s degree preferable)
• Good at mathematics & calculation
• Good at communication & relationship
• Able to read and write basic English language
• Fluent in reading and writing Khmer language
   

Skills required:

• Be able to use Smart Phone (android & IOS)
• Basic Computer Skill (Able to type and write) 
• Verbal and Virtual Communication 
• Flexibility, Agile, and Adaptable
   

Working Experience:

• Work in telecom company (Preferable)
• Work in ISP company (Preferable)
