Senior Risk Management & Compliance Specialist

The Senior Risk Management & Compliance Specialist is responsible for coordinating the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Process Management (BPM) programs, conducting risk assessments, identifying internal control weaknesses, and supporting the Risk & Compliance Manager in ensuring effective governance and compliance practices across the organization.

• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program.
• Lead and facilitate the Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform risk assessments, identify potential threats or control weaknesses, and prepare periodic risk management reports.
• Consolidate, organize, and validate insurance renewal data submitted by relevant departments, and support the coordination of the annual insurance program.
• Identify process/control gaps and propose value-added recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
• Assist the Risk & Compliance Manager with various risk and compliance-related tasks as required.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) are a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in risk analysis, auditing, compliance, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of risk management, audit methodologies, and compliance principles.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to prepare and present audit findings and compliance reports.

• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Proactive, critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude.

Languages Required
• Proficiency in English & Khmer (verbal and written).
