Role & Responsibilities
- Focus on securing mega deals and projects specifically within the ICT sector, targeting all potential segments.
- Product portfolio includes:
- Hardware: Servers, networking equipment (routers, switches), storage solutions, data center infrastructure, end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices), and specialized hardware (e.g., for industrial automation, healthcare).
- Software: Enterprise software applications (ERP, CRM, SCM), cybersecurity solutions, cloud-based platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data analytics and business intelligence tools, industry-specific software, and operating systems.
- Services: IT consulting, system integration, implementation services, managed services, cloud migration services, cybersecurity consulting, training, and support.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share by developing and executing strategic sales plans for a comprehensive portfolio of ICT products and services.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Determine current and potential market size for various ICT product categories.
- Identify key market segments and their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
- Proactively understand customer business challenges and identify how tailored ICT products and services can address those challenges.
- Present compelling, tailored ICT product solutions that meet customer requirements and demonstrate value.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Collaborate with product management and technical teams to design and package innovative ICT solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively. Analyze sales performance and profitability to optimize results.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant ICT sales experience, ideally within the telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in managing the sales cycle through CRM systems.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates integrity.
