Overview

Responsible for providing technical solutions and managing daily operations for the ISP, end users, and tenants, including internet services and infrastructure, at Techno International Airport (TIA) and large-scale fixed services projects.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization's daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet customer and ISP expectations, especially for Fixed Connectivity products.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, vendors, and ISPs.
  • Implement and maintain high-quality control measures and establish standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage all resources for TIA and large-scale projects to achieve business unit goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated or recurring ISP/customer issues involving related parties. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer experience, including problem resolution and complaint handling.
  • Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders across TNI to develop and implement services and solutions that support overall commercial operations and organizational strategies.
  • Provide support to business units in maintaining and utilizing resources, coordinating with relevant parties for business operations.
  • Develop and implement robust policies and procedures, including SOPs for Fixed Connectivity onboarding and complaint handling.
  • Optimize and enhance processes related to Fixed Connectivity.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on Fixed Connectivity and tenant activities, including reconciling reports.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in an Internet Service Provider (ISP) company, with a proven track record in operational management.


Work Experience & Specific Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of team dynamics, network operations, and project management.
  • Required skills: IT, strategy, analytics, collaboration, knowledge management, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
  • Results-oriented with high initiative and the ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
