Senior CyberOps Engineer (Urgent)

The Senior Cyber Ops Engineer is responsible for end-to-end security operations within the department who will manage all aspects of security with support from correspondent technical teams. The role encompasses infrastructure security, architecture security, network security, security policy practice and enforcement, password, user access management (UAM) controls and policy, support security audit, carry measures to mitigate security loopholes, conduct and support pentest, participate in red-teaming and blue teaming. The role ensures that department security posture is in full compliant with security standard frameworks and policies. The role needs to enable continuous visibility into cyber risk posture, risk-based prioritization and remediation, as well as process and workflow automation, to effectively & efficiently reduce business risk.

• Serve as the primary SPOC for security-related matters within the department
• Implement and manage security controls and tools
• Investigate, document, and report any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends.
• Analyze and respond to previously unknown hardware and software vulnerabilities.
• Prepare disaster recovery plans to ensure optimal business continuity
• Conduct threat and vulnerability analysis
• Lead security incident response
• Create and manage security strategies within department
• Investigate suspicious activities, contain and prevent them
• Reduce downtime and ensure business continuity
• Provide security services to the rest of the organization under own domains
• Support security audit and compliance support, whether performed by Smart or 3rd-party personnel
• Conduct security checklist to ensure current and future systems are under correct security settings, such as, proper ACL provisioning, system access VPN, integration with InfoCenter, SIEM, proper logging integration, etc.

• Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Cisco: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
• Huawei: HCIE, HCIP, HCNA
• Networking – TCP/IP, R&S, L2/L3/L4+ tech., design, troubleshooting & ops
• OS – Windows, Linux, MAC, Hypervisors – admin, architecture, troubleshooting
• Cloud – AWS, Azure, GCP – securing I/P/S-aaS – CNAPP, CSPM, CWP, IaC, KCS
• Security – FW/IPS, EDR/EPP, SIEM/XDR, CAASM, AppSec, RBVM, CRQ, Patching
• Cloud/Container Security – Docker framework, Orchestration, scanning and reporting 
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with key industry vendors in various tech domains
• Strong SaaS background is a plus
