As Head of Talent Acquisition at Smart Axiata, you will lead and manage the talent acquisition function to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. You will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and align talent acquisition efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
