• Manage and optimize the company's all relevant tower construction management with all tower company / suppliers
• Manage all relevant telecom process and activities
• Support implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner and ensure that the delivery scope and budget are maintained.
• Responsible for the Delivery Project,
• Manage realistic project, quality and risk plans as per the business plan and strategic
• Lead projects through a complete lifecycle,
• Control of resources and costs against the project budget,
• Ensure that all projects are accepted and handed over to operational teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Telecom Engineering or a related field
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in the telecommunications field’s environment, tower construction, authorities permit, and relevant challenges / complaints arise during the construction and telecom rollout process. 
• Skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Strong knowledge in multiple vendors include Huawei, ZTE, Nokia...etc
• Strong experience in the Network roll-out / systems integration environment,
• Expertise in RAN/Core mobile networks,
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, including 2G,4G and 5G
• Understanding of fixed, mobile and converged Telecommunication networks.
• Thorough experience in leading change when needed.
