Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for supporting strategic planning, business performance tracking, and customer segment analysis for the Home Internet (ISP) business. This role plays a key role in driving subscriber growth, improving revenue performance, and enhancing customer value by leveraging data insights, market trends, and segment-focused strategies.

This position is also responsible for managing ISP customer segmentation, analyzing user behavior, and working with cross-functional teams to recommend tailored propositions and campaigns for different customer groups. The role ensures that commercial actions are well-informed, data-driven, and aligned with the ISP business goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as subscriber growth, churn rate, usage behavior, and ARPU.
  • Support in the development of periodic business reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in planning and forecasting exercises for sales, revenue, and customer base targets.
  • Track the effectiveness of commercial campaigns and operational initiatives across regions.

2. Customer Segment Analysis & Support

  • Analyze ISP user data to define segments based on behavior, usage, lifecycle stage, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify insights on customer needs, preferences, and trends across different user segments.
  • Recommend segment-specific strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, upselling, and retention.
  • Work with CRM, marketing, and digital teams to support execution of personalized communication and offers.

3. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor ISP market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks to inform planning decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve value propositions for key customer segments.
  • Provide insights to the planning manager and commercial team to support product or campaign development.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with the product, sales, marketing, and customer care teams to ensure alignment between business performance goals and execution.
  • Assist in preparing data and recommendations for internal meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Support digital and IT teams in the integration and use of customer analytics tools and platforms.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards and segment-level reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives into performance drivers, user churn, and usage behavior.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve commercial and operational outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecom, ISP, internet services, or data-driven commercial roles.
  • Experience in performance tracking, planning, or customer segmentation is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Good understanding of ISP services, customer behavior, and revenue drivers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, customer lifecycle management, and campaign reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and solution oriented.
