Stock Management & Reporting Officer

Overseeing the overall operations of retail shops, manage, optimize, and ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of retail shop operations, focusing on strategic and day-to-day tasks.

•     Stock request & delivery (devices, Accessories, CPE, Sim, Scratch Card and marketing material)

•     Stock marketing material and report weekly

•     Smart Shop Visit (able to travel to province)

•     Spot check camera in Smart Shop Nationwide

•     Ensure all leaflets in the shop are up to date 

•     Conduct a meeting if any new or updated policy or process or SOP

•     Onboard training facilitator (Monthly) & refresh training for the Shop Team

•     Report collection from Smart Shop & tNPS Report

•     Document Processing (Submit Petty Cash/Pipay to account)

•     Tracking & follow up on request Change Sim/Transfer ownership from customer

•     Immediately support when Shop Team request stock 

Education & Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 

Working Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in stock control
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills
