Overview

Drive the growth of Home Internet (FWBB and FBB) users by developing competitive propositions, improving customer journeys, and reducing churn. Lead initiatives to enhance market positioning through pricing, unique benefits, and seamless execution.

Role and Responsibilities

Product Development & Execution

  • Propose and implement new Home Internet propositions and updates.
  • Use customer insights to develop and improve products.
  • Integrate new propositions into the Home Internet portfolio.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to maintain market relevance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (CTIO, Legal, and others) to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Customer Base Management

  • Monitor customer behavior and execute initiatives to reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Retail, and Home Internet Sales teams to enhance customer education and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute personalized campaigns to increase retention and upsell services.

Business Impact & Financial Analysis

  • Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives with business cases aligned with Finance.
  • Prepare forecasts for customer base, churn, and ARPU to support revenue objectives.

Strategic Influence

  • Provide data-driven insights to shape product strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in product management activities.
Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in the telecommunications industry, with experience in large organizations.
  • At least 3 years of delivering customer-focused projects with measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.

Skills:

  • Product Management: Strong understanding of product relevance and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage cross-functional tasks and deliverables effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to develop actionable insights and business cases.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Visionary with high integrity and calmness under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and other analytical tools.

Key Challenges:

  • Developing appealing and differentiated propositions.
  • Driving customer education and awareness about Home Internet services.
  • Continuously improving processes to reduce fraud and churn.

Internal & External Relations:

  • Internal: Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Finance, and other relevant teams.
  • External: Maintain professional relationships with external partners to promote company values.
