- Develop and implement sales & distribution strategy for dedicated cluster (region) for growing sales points of presence through dealers’ network, Smart Shops, distribution agencies and Door-to-Door sales.
- Organize, develop and manage sales teams dedicated on prepaid mobile products for consumer users, by managing, dealers, field sales supervisors and sales force including door to door agents in line with the national sales and distribution strategy
- Drive and lead growth in relationship with locally present internal and external sales channels, by finding new and strengthening performance of the existing
- Steer location branding in the cluster area
- Supply proactively location-based insights from the designated area related to network opportunities, points of interest, branding.
- Develop and implement sales and distribution plan for designated area
- Manage delivery of the goals and KPIs for distributors / partner and direct reports; and track ongoing results to ensure that objectives in terms of subs, revenue, sales growth, availability, and visibility are achieved.
- Establish close working relationships with all trade partners, namely distributor, dealer, and partner, to gain company’s objective.
- Steer and advise the implementation of brand, trade and sales programs based on consumer and trade level.
- Effectively and efficiently manage sales team and distributor team through coaching, motivation, and staff development.
- Explore and identifying on any business opportunities.
- Regularly review and action together with Chanel Sales operations team, Retail team and MarCom team to oversee operational activities of sales teams and day to day performance and increase sales force effectiveness:
- FSO route following and performing all activities as per the job scope
- Collect feedback from dealer on visitation quality and needs and turn this into actions for improvement
- Identification and escalation of operational issues to channels sales operations team or retail support team
- Regular review sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management
- Ensure good level of SIM and SC supply on the marke
- Monitor and report to product and network teams market demand and potential based on territories
- Actively research and monitor competitive activities and report back to product team
- Ensure structured, regular and detailed reporting on the on-ground execution and ask for support to improve results from channel sales team, retail team, network team and Marcom team
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of trade communications on new promotions, new product launches, incentives scheme and all relevant to the respective sales channels in designated area
- Initiate and propose any process and system improvements through process automation and system upgrades with the support of Dealer App business owner
- Propose and initiate process revisions, system requirements for system developments, alignment of requirements and UAT lead
- Continuous monitoring of dealers and distributors execution and way of work in accordance with approved trade policies and taking active measures in case of gaps in performance, procedures implementation or end user treatment
- Proposing and implementing processes and procedures that ensure continuous quality of Dealer identity information
- Actively participate and support Channel sales in design and execution of initiatives and programs aiming better performance and monitoring of Dealers network
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for Company’s business.
- Ensure regional Sales & Distribution teams work in accordance with code of conduct and all corporate guidelines

- Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Suite of Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
