Smart Shop Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the Front Office team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective team coordination, and high-quality customer service within the Smart Shop. The role focuses on staff leadership, performance management, sales growth, and operational accuracy while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team, including shift planning, daily operations, and overall team coordination.
  • Conduct regular morning and afternoon briefings to reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and product updates.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to encourage high performance and continuous improvement among staff.
  • Address performance issues by advising and mentoring agents when mistakes occur.

Customer Service & Problem-Solving

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues both within and outside the shop efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure a flexible and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Monitor and review daily sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular briefings to agents to ensure awareness of performance goals and encourage increased sales efforts.
  • Initiate and implement sales activities within the shop to drive revenue growth and achieve month-over-month (MoM) sales targets.
  • Focus on selling devices to meet or exceed targets set by management.

Operational Control & Compliance

  • Oversee daily cash operations, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions and financial records.
  • Manage petty cash and PiPay transactions to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations, including customer refunds.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.

Talent Management & Development

  • Participate in recruitment, transfers, promotions, and performance management of Front Office staff.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate team members to maintain operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Ensure all team members are well-trained in product knowledge and system usage to provide exceptional service.

Other Duties

  • Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by management in alignment with business needs.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduated or currently pursuing) in Business Administration or a relevant field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong coaching and training abilities to support and develop team members.
  • Ability to provide immediate assistance and guidance to agents as needed.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement activities to drive monthly revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and systems relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
