Overview

Prepare a sale plan including forecast based the targeted segment by aligning to company goal and strategy to acquire new customers with an ambition and passion to achieve high result to maximize revenue and profit for enterprise sales through offering enterprise services.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify Potential Customers (ISP/ICT Focus): Proactively identify potential enterprise customers within the assigned segment, with a focus on businesses requiring robust connectivity and ICT solutions. 
  • Target Market Research: Research and identify key industries and organizations that align with the targeted market (e.g., financial institutions, government agencies, large enterprises, and medium-sized enterprises). 
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation strategies, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals, to identify potential customers. 
  • Needs Qualification: Qualify leads based on their specific connectivity and ICT needs, budget, and decision-making process. This includes understanding their current infrastructure, pain points, and future technological requirements. 
  • Relationship Development: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations, such as CIOs, IT managers, and business leaders. 
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges, and recommending tailored ISP and ICT solutions. 
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential and existing customers. Provide market updates and customer feedback to the Product and Enterprise Manager for market analysis and product development. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Gather information about competitors' offerings, pricing, and strategies in the ISP and ICT market. 
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare weekly sales reports and sales forecasts, including a pipeline of prospective customers for closing, specifically for ISP and ICT products and services. 
  • Customer Feedback Collection: Share customer feedback regarding their experiences with the ISP's services and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Technology and Market Trend Updates: Provide updates on emerging technologies and market trends in the ISP and ICT space, such as the adoption of cloud computing, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity solutions.          
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications, banking, or insurance industries.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in managing the sales cycle through CRM systems. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates integrity. 
  • Committed to maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Creative, demonstrates sound judgment, and pays attention to detail. 
  • Effective team player with strong stress tolerance and customer orientation.
