SmartEdu USDP offers new knowledge and experiences to university students. This program taught me a lot about business and leadership. I learned how to work in a team, lead a team, be flexible with problems and solve all kinds of obstacles during business challenges, simulations and analyses of real cases from companies. Moreover, feedback from my own team/co-leads and reflection sessions helped me to understand myself more and make better decisions for my future.
