Smart launches Digital Application Program Interface (API) Platform
‘Ideamart powered by Smart’ to provide developers access to multiple resources
Phnom Penh, 28th June 2019: Ideamart, the global mobile award-winning application development platform has been launched in Cambodia. ‘Ideamart powered by Smart’ increases the prospects of local innovation by offering multiple entrepreneurship opportunities to third-party app developers, utilizing Smart’s network assets through simple APIs.
Ideamart enables developers and content providers to use shared APIs and monetize their efforts. The platform allows app developers, enterprises and even non-developers to create simple API-based services. Furthermore, the platform matches skilled developers with potential clients through the Ideamart community forum.

To change this, we decided to launch Ideamart in Cambodia. Similar to last year’s API Hackathons, subsequent outreach programs will be held in the coming months, presenting more individuals and organizations with the chance to create mobile apps for commercial use via shared APIs with Smart,” Thomas added.
