I cannot call! It’s an emergency and I don’t have enough credit to reach my friend! No need to worry: Smart has the solution. I can have an advance credit: 20 cents or 50 cents and pay back with my next top up. It’s easy.

How do I activate this service?

  1. To request a Smart Loan, dial *767# and press 1
  2. To check Smart Loan history, send blank SMS to [9111]

How to pay back? The amount will be deducted from my next top up.

Haven’t paid back but want to make another Smart Loan? I can take a second loan even if I haven’t paid back the first one yet. As long as I only have debt at 60 cents or below, I can request a second loan.

For example: I will pay back on my next top up 60 cents if I have a 50 cents loan and 25 cents if I have a 20 cents loan.

What is Smart Loan?

When you run out of credit and want to make a call or SMS or use internet, you can request Smart Loan (50 cents or 20 cents) for all network usage. 

How can I get a Smart Loan?

To request for Smart Loan 50 cents, please dial *911# press send
To request for Smart Loan 20 cents, please dial *911*20# press send

How much will I pay back?

You will pay back via main balance by the time you top up. Loan 50 cents will pay back 60 cents and Loan 20 cents will pay back 25 cents.

Advance amount Eligibilities
0.20 USD and 0.50 USD 1- Subscribers must be a Pre-Paid subscriber (except Smart Home)
2- Subscribers must not be a debtor
3- Subscribers must be registered and activated in network for at least 90 days
4- Subscribers’ tops up must be equal or more than 6 top-ups in the past 6 months
5- Subscribers must be in ‘Active’ or ‘barred outgoing calls state’ but for barred outgoing calls status, system will prolong lifecycle only 4 days from loan date.
Second loan (0.50 USD) 1- Subscribers must be a Pre-Paid subscriber (except Smart Home)
2- Subscribers must be a debtor with debt equal or smaller than 60c (<= 60c)
3- Subscribers must be registered and activated in network for at least 90 days
4- Subscribers’ tops up must be equal or more than 10 top-ups in the past 4 months
5- Subscribers must be in ‘Active’ or ‘barred outgoing calls state’ but for barred outgoing calls status, system will prolong lifecycle only 4 days from loan date.
