All Smart prepaid and postpaid subscribers are eligible to subscribe to Secucloud, except Smart @Home subscribers.
You can subscribe to either Secucloud Daily, Weekly or Monthly. Daily subscribers can instantly upgrade to the Weekly or Monthly plans. However, Weekly or Monthly subscribers must first unsubscribe from their existing plan in order to downgrade to the Daily plan.
To unsubscribe, dial *170*0#. Secucloud will immediately be removed when you unsubscribe.
The subscription fee will be charged from your main balance.
If you have sufficient main balance, your subscription will auto-renew at midnight on the last day of your existing subscription. Subscribers to the Weekly and Monthly plans will also receive an SMS reminder one day prior to the auto-renewal date.
Secucloud will be removed if the subscription charge fails to process for 30 consecutive days.
