These Terms and Conditions are applicable to anyone who plays Lucky Spin SmartNas. They provide important information about the game and the process for claiming prizes.
Lucky Spin SmartNas is available to play from 22.08.23 until 30.09.23 for Smart prepaid subscribers only.
All active Smart prepaid subscribers will receive one (1) free spin each day.
Subscribers will receive five (5) free spins for accessing the homepage in the SmartNas app if they have not had an active session in the app since 01.05.23. They will expire at 11:59 PM on the day they are received.
Subscribers will receive five (5) free spins for playing the game for five (5) consecutive days. They will expire at 11:59 PM on the day they are received.
Subscribers will receive three (3) free spins for successfully updating their profile in the SmartNas app. They will expire at 11:59 PM on the day they are received.
Subscribers can purchase more spins in the SmartNas app with their main balance:
- Five (5) spins cost 25 cents
- 10 spins cost 45 cents
- 20 spins cost 80 cents
- 30 spins cost 1 USD
- 50 spins cost 1.25 USD
- 60 spins cost 1.50 USD
There is no limit to the number of spins subscribers can purchase or receive through the above channels.
Each spin has a validity of one (1) day (they will expire at 11:59 PM on the day they are purchased or received).
Any data bonuses won in the game will be added on top of any existing bonuses subscribers may have. Bonuses are valid for three (3) days.
If subscribers win on-net minutes, they will be automatically applied to their number. They are valid for three (3) days.
If subscribers win a movie ticket, they must claim it at a Smart Shop (excluding Smart Shops at airports). The 2D movie tickets are valid for 30 days after being claimed and can only be used at Legend Cinemas.
If subscribers win a 5% home appliance discount voucher, they can claim it and use the voucher at Smart Shop AEON MALL Mean Chey. Discount vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be used together with any ongoing Smart Shop promotions. Multiple discount vouchers cannot be used together.
If subscribers win a 5 USD or 10 USD smartphone discount voucher, they can claim it and use the voucher at any Smart Shop. Discount vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be used together with any ongoing Smart Shop promotions. Multiple discount vouchers cannot be used together.
If subscribers win SmartVIP Points, the points will be automatically added to their number and can be used by following the standard SmartVIP reward redemption method.
If subscribers win a SmartVIP discount voucher, they can redeem the discount at a partner’s outlet as per the current SmartVIP discount redemption method. The discount voucher cannot be used together with any ongoing discounts.
If subscribers win any other prizes, they must claim them at a Smart Shop (excluding Smart Shops at airports). The prizes must be claimed within 30 days of being won.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
