Terms & Conditions

  • *The Smart OsPaNhaHa! plan gives you 3GB of data as standard. You will also receive a promotional 2GB of data until June 30, 2021.​
  • If customers switch to the Smart OsPaNhaHa! plan from another plan, their previous tariff’s benefits will be removed. ​
  • The Smart OsPaNhaHa! subscription fee will be charged from customers’ main balance. ​
  • Once subscribed to the Smart OsPaNhaHa! plan, customers will immediately receive the plan’s benefits. ​
  • Customers can watch all the videos they like on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok in standard definition (480p). ​
  • Customers only receive unlimited data for Facebook, YouTube and TikTok on the number they subscribed to the plan. If customers tether or use their hot spot on a device with this number to connect to another smartphone, computer or device, data will be consumed from the plan’s 3GB of data or charged from the customers’ main balance. ​
  • The 500 on-net minutes and 500 on-net SMS per day customers receive with the Smart OsPaNhaHa! plan can only be used to call and message Smart numbers. ​
  • Smart OsPaNhaHa! auto-renews every seven days. If customers have insufficient balance at the time of renewal, the plan will be suspended. The renewal will then process automatically when they next top up and have sufficient balance. ​
  • Customers will receive an SMS notification once they have used 95% and 99% of their 3GB of data. ​
  • Upon depletion of the Smart OsPaNhaHa! benefits, standard charges will apply. ​
  • Customers can subscribe to/activate services such as Smart Xchange, SurfLikeCrazy, TalkLikeCrazy and SocialPack Unlimited. ​
  • Customer can unsubscribe from Smart OsPaNhaHa! by switching to another plan. ​
  • Smart OsPaNhaHa! benefits are for domestic use only. ​

  • Your top up validity is based on the amount of your last top up. However, if your previous top up validity is longer than that of your last top up, it will follow the longer one. 
  • To check the status and validity of your top up, dial *1201# or go into the SmartNas app.
  • Smart reserves the right to withdraw the phone number and SIM card and to close the account of any subscriber who fails to top up their number within 90 consecutive days of the expiry of their top up validity. After the top up validity expires:

    • The phone number’s outgoing services will be blocked for 60 days.
    • If there is no top up within the 60 days, the phone number’s incoming and outgoing services will be blocked for 30 days, and any remaining main balance will be cleared. 
    • If there is no top up within the 30 days (a total of 90 days have passed since the expiry of the top up validity), the phone number will be recycled and made available to other subscribers.
