Can I book more than one SIM card with a selected phone number at a time?
You can only book one SIM card with a selected phone number at a time.
Which payment methods can I use to book a Smart SIM card with a selected phone number online?
When you proceed to booking and making a payment, you can choose to pay with your SmartLuy wallet, a VISA card or a Mastercard.
Where can I pick up the SIM card with a selected phone number that I’ve booked?
You can go to any Smart Shop nationwide to pick up a SIM card with a selected phone number that you’ve booked. Please note, you cannot pick up a booked SIM card with a selected phone number at any Smart Spots or regular Dealer Shops.
What should I bring when I pick up the SIM card with a selected phone number at a Smart Shop?
You need to present your ID document (national ID card or a passport) that you used for online booking. Also, please have your booking number ready.
What should I do if my Bank Card or SmartLuy payment fails?
- SmartLuy: Check if you have entered the correct PIN and that you have sufficient balance in your SmartLuy Wallet. Then, try again. Please contact 788 or 010 200 788 for support.
- Bank Card: Check with your bank to see if your card has a 3D-secure feature as we only accept payment by Bank Cards with this security feature.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
After successfully paying for your SIM card with a selected phone number, you won’t be able to change or cancel your booking. The deposit or full payment amount is non-refundable.
Can someone else go to pick up the SIM card with a selected phone number I booked on my behalf?
No, only the owner of the ID document can pick up the SIM card with a selected phone number.
I have paid for my booking. Why didn’t I receive any booking confirmation via SMS or email?
It is possible that we have not received your booking order, and it might take a moment until we can send the booking confirmation to you. Always keep the transaction ID from your SmartLuy or a PayWay receipt that you’ve received after completing your transaction.
What will happen to my SIM card with a selected phone number booking if I don’t go to pick it up before the expiry date?
If you don’t pick up your SIM card with a selected phone number before the expiry date, your booking will be no longer valid. The deposit or full payment amount you paid online will then be forfeited.
Terms & Conditions
- Deposit/purchase price is non-refundable.
- The customer must pick up the SIM card within the reservation period. If it is not picked up within the reservation period, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
- Available pick-up from all Smart Shops. Customers can only pick up their SIM cards from Smart Shops.
- The customer must present the valid ID card or passport that was used to book the SIM card when they arrive to pick it up.
