Job responsibilities
Responsible for staff recruitment needs from the assigned business departments, actively source and assess the suitable candidates who possess the required skills, competencies as well as Smart Core Values to ensure that hiring needs are met. Talent Acquisition Officer also provides support to implement recruitment and employer branding strategies that would help to build the employer brand awareness to sustain the talent pool for the organization.
- Processes the full spectrum of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding. Also, maintains exceptional candidate and employee experience throughout the whole recruitment process to promote setting up a good employer branding.
- Attracts, assesses, and recruits the right candidates through online and offline channels as well as utilizes assessment tools and interview techniques to select the right talents.
- Builds strong relationships with the internal HR team and key stakeholders such as the hiring manager, potential candidates in the talent pool, and existing employees through providing hiring consulting and internal career movement.
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand the gaps in staffing adequately, and assess the needs, and requirements to ensure that expectations are met.
- Facilitates hiring process, administrates paperwork, and processes database of newcomer's information in HRIS accurately.
Job requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Law, Psychology, or any other field is required.
Working Experience:
- Non-experienced individual(s) or fresh graduate(s) with enthusiasm for Recruitment are welcome.
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, Selection processes, Onboarding Procedures, and Mass Hiring experience will be an advantage.
Other Required Skills:
- Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with high sense of confidentiality.
