SOC Engineer

Job responsibilities

• Monitor, escalate, follow up, close any abnormal related to business performance, incident, trouble ticket that happen from Network Element of Telco, Infra, Application, Datacenter, power system, transmission system, Billing system, RAN system
• Liaise with support teams to escalate, follow up incident, issue, trouble ticket to be handled until complete with in defined SLA
• Communicate with landlord, field engineers, supplier, contractor for site access activities, refueling activities, complaining activities from Landlord to achieve the smooth operation, good cooperation of the daily business process of the company
• Make fuel order for sites with Diesel Engine, Power cube sites, review the supplied amount and close work order
• Monitor fuel consumption of sites, report suspect leakage, stolen, amount to be refilled as per responsible shift
• Monitor DG, Battery running hour to trigger abnormal behaviour and report to field team to take action on it until completion as per responsible shift
• Check Datacenter environment for safe of operation during own shift
• Daily troubleshoot cell down, cell no traffic and escalate to Field team to check it
• Report of Alarm, Cell Availability KPI and escalate, follow up action with related team to bring it back to normal KPI
• Handover pending tasks from own shift to next shift in order to maintain smooth operation of SOC tasks
• Response proactively to incident, fire suppression issue in the area under own responsibility, report it quickly to PIC whose are assigned to mainly control it.

• Area of Experience: RAN, Transmission, Power supply, Infrastructure, Billing, OSS, IT Network
