Job responsibilities

  • Strong management and observance to the whole team and working environment
  • Leading the Front Office team, shift planning, organize and day by day management
  • Flexible in dealing with the complaint and all type of problem happen inside and outside the shop
  • Be able to give immediate support to an agent at anytime
  • Good at coaching and training the subordinates
  • Think of more promotional activities in order to increase more monthly revenue
  • To lead and advice agents when they conduct the mistakes
  • Completes all the assigned tasks by the manager as per management decision.
  • Selects develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function
  • Manages systems and procedures to protect departmental assets
  • Respond on daily cash operation and stock report
  • Manage morning and afternoon briefing with staff.

Job requirements

  • Academic Qualification:
    - MBA or BA degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management
    - High motivation and ability to work independent
  • ¬†Skills required:
    - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
    - Good communication with all related departments
    - Fluently in English and Khmer both writing and speaking
  • Working Experience:
    - At least 2 year relevant working experience
    - Telecom experience is a plus
