Job responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, operate, and install transmission network equipment including acceptance, rollout & provisioning within defined SLAs.
• Work with vendors & contractors for escalating issues and acceptance of new transmission systems, including preparation and maintenance of supplies & spare parts for troubleshooting cases.
• Manage and planning of Optimization for set up transmission Nodes IPRAN, and DMWM radio/microwave transmission systems.
• Perform the installation of new equipment and transmission system capacity expansion.
• Conduct troubleshooting and restoration of transmission network systems in accordance with SLA.
• Perform commissioning of transmission network equipment including IPRAN, DWDM, and radio/microwave transmission systems.
• To perform site/cell performance checks and related radio network configuration activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of transmission network equipment.
• Work with contractors & vendors for acceptance, maintenance & escalation activities.
• Manage and maintain spare part supply to ensure availability when required.
• Provide on-duty standby operations in case of emergency maintenance requirements in accordance with a monthly schedule.
• To monitor and clear alarms.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or other related sciences. 
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in installation, maintenance, and commissioning of transmission.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in operation and maintenance, troubleshooting of radio station or related fields.
• Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Office)
• Be able to communicate in Khmer & English (Reading/Writing/Speaking).
• Must have an excellent or strong analytical ability with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be sincere and committed; have a vibrant and engaging attitude.
• Be flexible,  has high initiative, and be able to act with a sense of urgency.
