Job responsibilities

To provide support via Smart’s chat channels, including live chat on website, as well as through Oun Smart robot. The agents will ensure a professional and informative experience for customers

  • Handle live chat and Oun Smart chat with subscribers in a professional and fluent way in English language
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customers via chat
  • Provide customers with Smart product and service information
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complaint tickets to relevant teams to be solved
  • Must learn and be familiar with all Smart products and services

 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (still studying or graduated)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Quick and accurate typing skills
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Creative and outgoing
  • Working day is six days per week
  • Working hour (depending upon chosen shift):
  • Shift A: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Shift B: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Oun Smart: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Mon - Sat; 8 AM – 4 PM on Sunday/PH
  • One day off per week is rotated
  • Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus
  • ***If once candidate is selected, 1 week on-the-job training will be provided
