Pre-Sales Executive

Job responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Internet & other enterprise solution.

  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including diagrams with technical
  • Explanations.
  • Work with Product Manager to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
  • Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
  • Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ISP, Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in ISP company and have a passion for Sales.
  • Required Skill(s): IT, Strategy, Analytics, Collaboration, Knowledge, Negotiation, Communication, Presentation.
  • Strong business sense with a good understanding of the markers, customers, and competitors.
  • Result-driven, high initiative skills, able to work under pressure and multitasking.
  • The ability for business processes analysis and structuring so to by software support.
  • Ability to work with external partners/vendors for providing common solutions to the customers.
  • Project management knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
