Job responsibilities
HR Digital Transformation & Analyst is responsible for the migration and transformation of the traditional HR processes to become more automated, and data-driven, analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applying this data to make recommendations related to policy and process.
- Work with different stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and make HR transformation projects and roadmaps.
- Prepare a document to digitize components of HR activities; A detailed process flow, steps, and timeline exist as part of the roadmap, aligned to business goals; this includes outlining action items with accountability and monitoring matrices for each phase of the roadmap.
- Develop concept papers and product development documents, and implement the systems and processes.
- Participate and work with various stakeholders on product development and testing.
- Initiate an implementation plan and measure outcomes.
- Communicate and cascade throughout all levels of employees.
- Prepare for product implementation, i.e., briefing, training, and other related initiatives.
- Review modules regularly, find out how happy employees are with them and use that as a starting point for continuous improvement, such as adding new features, fixing errors or bugs, improving processes, and so on.
- Analysts get HR data and statistics from a variety of places, such as the human resource information system (HRIS) and other related places.
- Prepare data-results reports, present and explain findings to management, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Management, IT, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience related to HR digital solutions or platforms is preferred.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer.
- Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office).
- Understand HR process excellence or comparable cross-functional experience in HR.
- Work experiences in digital transformation and HR process excellence areas are highly preferred.
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client-oriented digital solutions
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and build trusted relationships
- Must have analytical skills and creativity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, and ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
