Head of Talent Acquisition

Job responsibilities

Head of Talent Acquisition is to grow, manage and drive the HR Talent Acquisition of Smart through improving and maintaining a smooth on boarding of new employees and find different solutions to expand our channel to source for new candidates for the open vacancies.

  • Manage, coach and develop the career path of each team members.
  • Assist Head of HR in reviewing, updating, and delivering the current HR Talent Acquisition strategies, plans, policies, systems, and practices to ensure the team is meeting the organization needs.
  • Complete all other activities assigned by the Head of HR and CEO.
  • Source, assess and recruit the right candidates into the Smart company through various traditional and new online and offline channels to attract talents, utilizing assessment tools/criteria's, interview techniques to select the right talents and complete hiring process/administrative paperwork to ensure the talents are recruited into the company.
  • Work closely and build strong relationship with all HR team, management team, internal employees and external partners to ensure an efficient & effective recruitment service are being delivered.
  • Participate in employee relations, employer branding/talent acquisition activities and CSR Smart Edu programs in order to establish a network with potential talents.
  • Develop and manage new talent management programs in order to generate a talent pipeline for all critical and high-level roles in Smart (such as Smart Internship Program, Internal Job Shadow program, Management Trainee programs etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage and improve all related Employer Branding campaigns/ activities on Yammer, Facebook, Career website and other social media channels.
  • Develop and enhance current/new talent acquisition system/tools to ensure the operation of HR Talent Acquisition team is as smooth and accurate as possible.

Job requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum5 years of progressive experience in general HR Management roles especially in the field of recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Have an experience in recruitment agencies, technology companies is a plus.

Specific Skills:

  • Profound knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law is a plus.
  • Good strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Passion and ability to affect and inspire change, to drive policies and procedures within the team and other departments.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and team player.
  • Strong leadership skills to be able to manage the team and different stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and Khmer speaking, writing and reading skills.
