Job responsibilities

The Head of Enterprise Business will lead a formidable team of Enterprise Sales Team and Enterprise Sales Support to deliver the above objective by end of 2020 and building an undisputed No 1 Enterprise Business by increasing the existing business (revenue and size) as well as create new revenue streams in the area of enterprise mobility solution, enterprise services and in the area of internet of things.

I. Product Positioning & Strategic

•Deliver a 3 years business plan to grow the Enterprise Business to the next level beyond just corporate mobile services
• Work closely with product development team to develop Corporate Mobile Product Roadmap to ensure our product & services remains competitive in the market place
• Work closely with solution partners to drive the adoption of Enterprise Mobility Solutions in respective industry segments
• Work with marketing to strengthen the promotion of our corporate products.

II. Sales Management

•Deliver our Business Target (2019/2020) for Revenue, Market Share by Industry Segment as well as Postpaid Subscriber base
• Manage the performance of the entire sales force daily, weekly and quarterly to ensure all targets will be met or exceed
• Preparation of the Sales Incentive report every month according to the sales incentive program
• Ensure call plan and daily task by all sales team are being executed
• Develop close relationship with all top CXO levels in the respective industry segments and actively to participate in key industry associations
• Organize Enterprise Event Annually for networking and retention purpose

III. Enterprise Support

• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure most of our touch points with our corporate customers will be re engineered towards digitization, self-service and mobile friendly
• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team on contract management system and contact management system to ensure all our valuable assets and information are in good order, accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure all our policy and processes are in place and under control
• Handle customer complain and have schedule visitation to Top 25 Corporate Customers per quarter.
• Finally work closely with Finance on collection and payment.

IV. People Management
• Lead your 2 line managers to be able to help grow the team and the sales in their respective industry
• Organize and execute training program to groom the staffs towards a highly effective sales force
• Willing to be a coach/mentor to the team
• Guide and support new sales personnel in making customer call and demonstrate how to close deal.

Job requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or similar.
• Good office automation skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and personal skills, specifically people management
• Able to communicate in English proficiently (Khmer & Chinese language is a plus)
• 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Product, Solution Selling or/and Mobile Technology
• 3 years in sales force and people management
• Good office automation skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and personal skills.
• Able to communicate in Khmer and English proficiently (Chinese language is a plus).
