Job responsibilities

The Field Sales Supervisor is to manage the distribution team performance and grow the business in each territory by monitoring and supervising the territory sales officer’s performance and provide updates on market status, competitor feedback of each territory to Regional Manager.

  • Monitoring performance of FSO to achieve the KPI
  • Monitoring FSO and assure the accuracy of stock reconciliation with Finance follow actual daily sales in ePOS
  • Ensuring that all point of sales (Poster, Leaflet, leaflet holder, parasol, etc.) are available, well displayed and maintain at all dealers in the territory
  • Ensuring that all distribution gaps are close in the territory
  • Ensuring all dealers in territory are completed all information profile in ePOS
  • Regularly make planned field visit with FSO to monitor their quality of work and follow company standard
  • Monitoring competitor’s action and report timely to Direct Distribution Manager
  • Building strong relationship with Smart dealers in the territory
  • Coaching, Developing, Supporting and Problem Solving
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Management

Job requirements

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any related field
  • Sales and Marketing Skill

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Specific Skills:

  • Strong selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skill
  • Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Teamwork
  • Leadership and Management Skill
