Job responsibilities

As an FBB/FWBB Planning and implementation Engineer, you will focus on the planning and implementation of Fixed Broadband (FBB) and Fixed Wireless Broadband (FWBB) networks. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to define the geographical areas for network deployment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for controlling the technical performance of both fixed and wireless domains and providing recommendations to optimize access networks.

As an FBB/FWBB Planning & Implementation Engineer, you will be accountable for:

• Planning and implementing FBB and FWBB networks.
• Working with marketing and sales teams to define geographical areas for network deployment.
• Controlling and monitoring the technical performance of both fixed and wireless domains.
• Providing recommendations for optimizing access networks based on performance monitoring.
• Collaborating with the FBB Rollout Manager to ensure effective planning and implementation of network solutions.
• Coordinating with other stakeholders involved in the planning and implementation process.
• Ensuring compliance with network standards and regulations during planning and implementation.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of network planning and implementation to the FBB Rollout Manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network planning and implementation, particularly in FBB and FWBB networks.
• Experience in working with sales and marketing teams to define network deployment areas.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Broadband (FBB) and Fixed Wireless Broadband (FWBB) networks.
• Experience in network planning and implementation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and network optimization.
