Job responsibilities

To provide administrative support and ensure the overall procedure and service of the project are functioned in smoothness, effectiveness and productiveness.

Facilities & Office Services

  • Manage all shop and office cleaning; check; control and ensure the whole premise is always neat and clean.  
  • Manage shops and offices maintenance, i.e. periodic maintenance; lights not working, chairs or desks broken; Air conditioners, wall repaint etc.  
  • Manage office supplies, i.e. groceries; office stationery; drinking water, key, etc. 
  • Manage documents delivery and document archiving with supplier  
  • Coordinate in office furniture arrangement for employees upon requirement. 
  • Manage office security, i.e. guards, CCTV cameras, etc.  
  • Oversee furniture, IT equipment and inventory disposal process
  • To participate in the organization’s policy development, if necessary. 
  • Provides administrative support to managers and other relevant departments as required. 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Postpaid Bills Service: 

  • Follow up and control on monthly bill send to postpaid customer via billing system and hard bill delivery 
  • Control on outsource messengers to make sure all the bills are delivered to customer on-time  
  • Cooperate in bill adjustment upon customer requirement. 
  • Manage all other transactions related to postpaid bills arrangement and delivery

Job requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree  
  • Excellent in English and Khmer language both spoken and written
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Knowledge in NGBSS system is an asset
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Ms Office, e-mail, etc.
  • The ability to work flexibly, prioritise and multi-task
  • At least 3-year experiences in administrative tasks.
