Job responsibilities
To provide administrative support and ensure the overall procedure and service of the project are functioned in smoothness, effectiveness and productiveness.
Facilities & Office Services
- Manage all shop and office cleaning; check; control and ensure the whole premise is always neat and clean.
- Manage shops and offices maintenance, i.e. periodic maintenance; lights not working, chairs or desks broken; Air conditioners, wall repaint etc.
- Manage office supplies, i.e. groceries; office stationery; drinking water, key, etc.
- Manage documents delivery and document archiving with supplier
- Coordinate in office furniture arrangement for employees upon requirement.
- Manage office security, i.e. guards, CCTV cameras, etc.
- Oversee furniture, IT equipment and inventory disposal process
- To participate in the organization’s policy development, if necessary.
- Provides administrative support to managers and other relevant departments as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Postpaid Bills Service:
- Follow up and control on monthly bill send to postpaid customer via billing system and hard bill delivery
- Control on outsource messengers to make sure all the bills are delivered to customer on-time
- Cooperate in bill adjustment upon customer requirement.
- Manage all other transactions related to postpaid bills arrangement and delivery
Job requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree
- Excellent in English and Khmer language both spoken and written
- Good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge in NGBSS system is an asset
- Proficiency in computer skills, Ms Office, e-mail, etc.
- The ability to work flexibly, prioritise and multi-task
- At least 3-year experiences in administrative tasks.
