Job responsibilities

Ensure all IP network elements to operate 24x7 with 99.95% uptime. Run major services in redundant mode, plan and ensure enough network capacity. Monitor the equipment, make timely maintenance to keep network safe and reliable.

  • Monitor and timely troubleshoot the IP network (branch links, internal network links, etc);
  • Establish and support remote VPN connections;
  • Manage, control and troubleshoot LAN and WiFi network in the enterprise;
  • Manage enterprise IP address space;
  • Cabling management for CIO racks;
  • Regular backup of routers’, switches’ and Wi-Fi access points’ configuration;
  • Installation and removal of IP network equipment and other hardware in company premises;
  • Configuration and change management of routers, switches, firewalls and other equipment;
  • Organization of branches connections;
  • Support of CCTV and access control systems (troubleshooting, support);
  • User support in the network area;
  • Assistance and coaching of IT support administrators and interns;
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by head of Enterprise Applications, CIO and CEO.

Job requirements

  • University degree in IT
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT
  • Able to communicate and write in English & Khmer
  • Perfect TCP/IP knowledge;
  • Understanding of load-balancing and dynamic routing techniques;
  • Hands-on experience with routers and switches configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS for at least 3 years;
  • Hands-on experience with MS Exchange and active directory for at least 2 years;
  • Hands-on experience in SAN storage operation and management.
  • Knowledge of SAN and NAS storages connection principles
