Job responsibilities

The Digital Transformation Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing cross divisions projects such as re-engineering business processes, enhancing system platforms, building new systems and apps to ensure continuous improvement of the organization.

• Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the organization.
• Analyze and work on solutions to streamline/ re-engineering of business processes, suggesting appropriate checks & balances.
• Identify and resolve internal bottlenecks and leading project teams to implement solutions.
• Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
• Develop and maintain a communication plan with business communities and stakeholders to ensure the succession of projects.

Job requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience in managing operational or structural change within an organization
• 4+ years of progressive experience in project management within an international organization preferred
• A mix of both consulting and corporate background is preferred
• Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organizational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
• Proficient at producing and presenting reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties.
