Job responsibilities

The Digital Digital Product Specialist plans, manages, and leads the development of all Smart Axiata digital touchpoints to ensure the customer satisfactorily interacts with Smart throughout their whole customer journey from awareness engagement, purchase, and feedback.

• Manage development roadmap for digital touchpoints including SmartNas self-care app, SmartVIP, Chatbot and IVR to ensure effective and efficient development work
• Analyse customer needs and business needs in order to create right products for the customer and business
• Strategize, plan, and monitor marketing campaigns for SmartNas, SmartVIP, and chatbot to improve customer awareness and engagement with Smart digital touchpoints
• Communicate with key stakeholders to align on expectation, business direction and feedback
• Collaborate with departments and external vendors to ensure effective and efficient development and quality delivery
• Oversee business collaboration with partners and drive business opportunities for SmartVIP, to grow the SmartVIP business
• Establish and monitor touchpoints KPI to ensure performance growth
• Prepare monthly reports for all touchpoints to update to management and Axiata group
• Collaborate with Axiata Group and other OpCos to work toward improving Smart Axiata Digital Maturity Index
• Provide coaching and training to digital touchpoints team members for personal and capacity development.

Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information System, Information Technology is preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in a product/ marketing/ digital services/ transformation role in telecommunications or a similar environment
• Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, in order to achieve successful outcomes
• Experience in the following is preferred: digital transformation; product conceptualisation and design; or marketing
• Excellent at producing and presenting concise presentations & reports
• Proactive, passionate, self-confident, able to work effectively under pressure, quality-oriented
• Project management skills.
