Job responsibilities

Strategy Creation and Planning

  • Strategize and develop digital marketing plan as part of the overall go-to-market strategy
  • Take the lead to achieve integrated marketing approach
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Create positive synergy between “media buy agency”, “social media management agency” and “website development agency”
  • Manage the process of planning, execution and delivery to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and within scope to customer expectation of quality including monitoring and benchmarking of KPIs and performance measurement
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • Effectively use the existing and develop new digital partnerships to maximize Smart’s online presence and customer engagement

Digital Execution and Media Buy

  • Manage and plan digital marketing budget
  • Plan and create innovative ideas and creative content for effective digital media placement to drive engagement
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Explore and execute creative campaigns to position Smart and the leader in digital sphere
  • Review (stay up to date) new ways of advertising to keep Smart as the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Social Media

  • Plan and create creative content to drive engagement on social media
  • Plan campaigns to drive brand/product awareness and positioning
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Actively engage in social media to understand and engage conversations with the consumers for better insights on consumer’s opinion on the brand/products
  • Review new technologies (features) to keep Smart as the forefront of developments in social media

Website

  • Managing the redesign of Smart’s websites to improve the usability, design, content and conversions
  • Derive strategy to drive online traffic to Smart’s websites
  • Track conversion rate and visitor’s reports to make improvements to the websites

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business/marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in digital agency or content development companies is a plus.

  • Young and easily adapt to change

  • Demonstrate good leadership and time management skills with willingness to learn and promote Smart as a brand
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, at all levels, and third parties
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
  • Proficient at producing and presenting reports
