Job responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally and follows up on subscribers' complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customers' complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources.
- Complete a required report in the system/send it to Team Leader/Supervisor.
Job requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or undergraduate of bachelor’s degree.
- Be able to use computer skills.
- Be able to speak and write English.
- Highly committed, honest, and flexible.
Working Conditions:
Working time:
Shift A (6:00 am - 02:00 pm)
Shift A1 (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Shift B1 (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
Shift B2 (5:30pm - 09:30pm)
Number of working days: 6 days/week (one day off / week is rotated)
Work on public holidays with a holiday bonus
Training benefits:
One full week of on-the-job training will be provided.
Development opportunity:
After 6 months of service, good performers will have an opportunity to be promoted to permanent employees subject to their actual performance.
