Job responsibilities
- Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources
- Complete a required report in system/send to Team Leader/Supervisor.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (still studying or graduated)
- Good computer and communication skills
- Good Khmer and Chinese both spoken and written
- Working time :
- Shift A: 6:00am-14:00pm
- Shift B: 14:00pm-22:00pm
- Shift B1:15:00pm-23:00pm
- Shift C: 22:00m-06:00am
- Working day is six days per week
- One day off per week is rotated
- Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus
- ***If once candidate is selected, 1 week on-the-job training will be provided
