Senior Customer Life-Cycle Management Specialist

Get to know our CLM team

The CVM team is the revenue growth engine for Smart Axiata, housed within marketing. The nature of the work is inter-disciplinary, a combination of understanding advanced analytics, customer segmentation, marketing strategy and company’s positioning.

Get to know the role

The role is a balance of using data analysis to gain actionable insights (customer segmentation, churn analysis, incentive optimization) and working cross functionally to drive campaigns execution.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall journey for the customer base with a focus on products upselling, cross selling and usage stretch with the objective of driving revenue growth
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders to;
    • Communicate marketing business requirements to relevant technical team where additional channel / data point integrations are needed
    • Scope statistical analyses / predictive models to identify behaviors that are highly correlated to potential churners with relevant team
  • Manage campaigns execution using relevant software i.e end-to-end
  • Monitor & track campaign performance to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Iteratively design, test and refine campaigns effectiveness via post launch diagnosis
  • Communicate insights, concepts and campaign designs to influence senior stakeholders

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or relevant fields
  • A Master’s degree / MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of >4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, strategic marketing or telco-related domain
  • Highly analytical with a passion of translating customers’ insights to impact via personalized campaigns offer
  • Strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translate these to actionable business insights via campaigns
  • Strong ownership to lead end-to-end project management
  • Abilities in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work effectively within a team
